Pork Kinamatisan

Hooorah for a new found easy to cook recipe...
special thanks to sis hunny_ally of GirlTalk forum.

Here's the ingredients that I used:
1/2 kilo Pork liempo
5 medium sized tomatoes (cubed)
3 pcs sili haba
2-3 tsp. patis

Procedure:
1. In a shallow pan. Put in the pork, tomatoes and patis.
2. DO NOT PUT any WATER
3. Put in low heat. Water will eventually come out of the tomatoes. Stir occasionally. \
4. Once pork is tender, add green chili, could be sliced or whole.

Optional:
Fried eggplant.

cooked it using charcoal. super tender ng pork.

And here it is

Here's the original recipe from sis hunny_ally:
Pork Kinamatisan

1 kilo Pork Ribs (if ribs are a bit expensive for you, you can use liempo)
5-6 pcs medium size tomatoes (cubed)
Patis
1-2pcs green chilis (same thing you put in sinigang)

In a shallow pan, put in your ribs, tomatoes and patis. DO NOT PUT ANY WATER. Put in low heat. You'll see that water will eventually come out of the tomatoes. Stir occasionally. Once your pork is tender, add you green chilis. Let it stand for 3-5minutes then turn off heat. Serve with fried eggplant and lots of rice (I swear this is takaw kanin).
